Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1. Scope of application
These terms and conditions of sale are entered into on the one hand by the company WELLZIA SA, whose registered office is located at Chemin du Pré Fleuri 15, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, registered under the IDE number CHE-292.018.397 - contact@skinfiz.ch, hereafter called SkinFiz.ch, and on the other hand, by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase via the SkinFiz.ch website, hereafter called the purchaser or the customer.
Article 2. Characteristics of the products offered
The products offered for sale are those listed in the catalogue published on the SkinFiz.ch.
These products may be ordered while stocks last.
Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee accuracy, particularly with regard to the frequent changes in packaging by the brand.
Article 3. Fares
The prices in the catalogue are inclusive of VAT in CHF.
SkinFiz.ch reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price appearing in the catalogue the day of the order will be the only applicable one to the purchaser.
The prices shown include order processing costs, but do not include transport and delivery costs.
Article 4. Orders
Buyers wishing to purchase a product or service must :
- fill in the registration form with all the contact details requested;
- confirm the order after checking it;
- make the payment in accordance with the conditions laid down;
- confirm the order and payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement that you are fully aware of them and waiver of your right to invoke your own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions.
All of the data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be considered as signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will send confirmation of the registered order by e-mail.
Changing or cancelling an order :
If delivery is not possible after the order has been placed or the contract has been concluded, the customer will be informed immediately by e-mail. If the order has already been paid for, the full amount will be refunded.
Article 5. Delivery
SkinFiz.ch delivers its products throughout Switzerland. The delivery address chosen by the purchaser must be in Switzerland. In case of authorization of deposit without signature, the risk is transferred to the customer as of the deposit, proof in support.
Delivery charges include a contribution towards preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. The amount of these charges is indicated in the "basket" section and is subject to the buyer's approval before each order is validated.
Article 6. Liability
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the products received upon receipt. Any errors or damage must be reported to https://skinfiz.ch/gb/ within 14 days of the delivery date. Failing this, the buyer is deemed to have received the products in perfect condition.
SkinFiz.ch is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products marketed.
The responsibility for SkinFiz.ch is limited to the amount of the order. It could not be committed for simple errors or omissions which could remain in spite of all the care brought to the presentation of the products.
The photos on the site are provided for information only. If there is a difference between the photo and the product (modified content or packaging), this cannot be the subject of a complaint.
The information given on the web product sheets is for guidance only. The customer must carefully read the instructions provided by the manufacturer on or in the product packaging.
It is this leaflet that is authoritative, particularly with regard to dosages and contraindications.
Article 7. Guarantee
The guarantee for apparent defects and hidden faults is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. The purchaser must report any apparent defects and hidden faults within 14 days of receiving the products. Defective products, together with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect(s), must be sent to https://skinfiz.ch/gb/ at the following address: contact@skinfiz.ch . The guarantee does not apply in the event of improper use of the products.
SkinFiz.ch guarantees that the products are stored correctly, delivered in their original packaging and with a valid expiry date.
In the event of defective product, SkinFiz.ch replaces it or proposes a credit note, provided that the customer makes a complaint within the times and according to the methods envisaged. To assert his rights, the customer must keep the original invoice.
Warranty claims against SkinFiz.ch expire 6 months after delivery, even if the defect is discovered later.
SkinFiz.ch is not obliged to replace a product if it proves that the problem does not fall within its responsibility (for example in the event of a defect of a third party supplier or of
modification of the product by the customer).
The purchaser will be able to contact the customer service by writing to SkinFiz by the means of the following email: contact@skinfiz.ch .
Article 10. Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason. To make this request for withdrawal, the customer must contact customer services by e-mail at contact@skinfiz.ch .
The customer has a 14 calendar days deadline as from the reception of the ordered products to turn over them to SkinFiz.ch against a refunding. To obtain the refund the customer must return at his expenses and under his responsibility the product (s) to the following address:

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by any accessories (such as user manuals and documentation) and a copy of the purchase invoice.
If the products are turned over to SkinFiz.ch under the conditions and times mentioned above, SkinFiz.ch is committed refunding the sums paid by the customer, except expenses of delivery, without additional expenses.
If the initial delivery costs had been covered by SkinFiz.ch (for example for an order benefiting from free delivery or as part of a promotion), these costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the goods by SkinFiz.ch.
Article 11. Terms of payment
The price is payable when the order is placed. Payments will be made by credit card via the Stripe secure system, which is PCI DSS level 1 certified, the highest level of security for payments.
The buyer's account will be debited once the order has been validated.
An invoice showing VAT is available at any time in the purchaser's account, or on request.
Article 12. Personal data
In accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, buyers' personal information may be processed automatically.
SkinFiz.ch reserves the right to collect certain information, including via the use of cookies, in order to improve the user experience and the management of orders.
The purchasers have a right of opposition to the communication of their personal data. They can also exercise their right to access, rectify or delete information concerning them by contacting SkinFiz.ch by email
Article 13. Intellectual property rights
All texts, layouts, illustrations, photos, product sheets and other elements on the SkinFiz.ch website are protected by copyright and, more generally, by intellectual property laws.
The content of the SkinFiz.ch website may under no circumstances be copied, modified, reproduced, published or used on another website without the prior written authorisation of SkinFiz.ch.
The site may also contain texts, images or other elements protected by copyright belonging to third parties. SkinFiz.ch does not authorise the use of its intellectual property or that of third parties without explicit agreement.
Article 14 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relations between SkinFiz.ch and the customer are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to the conclusion, performance or interpretation of these GTC shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to possible recourse to the Federal Court.
