Your orders are prepared and transported with care by our partner Planzer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Skinfiz.ch undertakes to process orders within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Delivery times of 2 working days from dispatch are however indicative and may vary in the event of carrier delays.
Returns
Would you like to return an item?
You have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
Returns are at the customer's expense.
Products must be sent with all accessories in the original unopened packaging, suitably packaged and with a copy of the invoice. Damaged products cannot be returned and will be invoiced to the customer in full.
Sale items cannot be returned.
